We really liked this video and althought it is a completely different genre of music to any of our song choices, we liked the short speech at the beginning of the song as this gave the song so much more meaning and
engaged the audience more effectively.
In addition to this, we liked the montage editing and effects used to make the happier scenes being recorded appear sad and upsetting. We are going to use ideas inspired by this in our production.
In particular, we liked the use of the time lapse and shutter speeds on the sparkler to keep the image on the screen. We may try and incorporate this into our video if appropriate and fitting with the rest of our ideas.
